Experience
Carlos Carrillo has a broad experience in corporate law, particularly in corporate financing, contracts, capital market and corporate bonds and M&As, leading work teams in highly demanding and complex transactions. Carlos is the director of the corporate department at Rosso Alba & Rougés.
He developed most of his career as senior associate in Nicholson & Cano, Fiorito, Murray & Díaz Cordero and Leverone & Mihura Estrada.
In the past, he was also director in Jujuy of the National Social Security Administration (ANSES), a government branch that manages a total capital of approximately US$ 50,000 million, more than 70% of Argentina’s primary budget.
He represented the Argentine Republic and was a speaker before the World Bank and Japan in the colloquium “Competitive Cities”, in Tokyo. He represented the University of Buenos Aires and Argentina in the “Willem Vis” International Trade and Arbitration Competition, in Austria.
He has lectured on numerous occasions on the challenges linked to Argentina’s economic and social development. He received the “Carlos Pellegrini” award for his essay on education and development. He is a lecturer and author of a number of articles and contributions in his area of expertise.
