Director – Labor Law

Josefina Sorribes has extensive experience in labor law, particularly in advising companies, negotiating with employees, conducting conciliations and reaching settlements with administrative authorities, drafting contracts, responding to lawsuits, attending hearings before the Ministerio de Trabajo y judiciales, and holding meetings and negotiations with union representatives. She serves as director of the labor law department at Rosso Alba & Rougès.

She spent much of her career as a senior associate at González del Cerro & Asociados, where she gained extensive experience in civil, commercial, and labor litigation.
