Experience
Josefina Sorribes is the head of the Labor Law Department of Rosso Alba & Rougès. Previously, she worked as a senior associate in González del Cerro & Asociados.
Her practice areas include labor and social security law. She has extensive experience in hiring and dismissals of senior employees, systems of variable compensations and incentive awards, and expatriate regimes. She is also a specialist in labor disputes, with special expertise in complex claims.
